Dunya Tinauer – opera and concert singer, vocal technique teacher
Dunya Tinauer finished her studies at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, in the class of prof. Alenka Dernač Bunta she graduated with a master’s degree in singing with honors, and with diploma Summa cum Laude. For the first time, she introduced herself to a wider circle at the Christmas New Year’s Concert of the Zarja Wind Orchestra with the Fantom of the opera.

In the Croatian National Theater Split she had solo concert. In the Slovenian Chamber Music Theater, she debuted in Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana with the leaading role in the opera La Cecchina. As a soloist, together with the Camerata Medica Medical Orchestra and the percussionist Petra Vidmar, she performed the song Song of Almah in Slovenia in 3 acts for soprano and marimbo solo. At the invitation of Rotary Club Ljubljana – Emona she performed at the elite Anina dancing in Rogaška Slatina. At the Slovene Philharmonic Orchestra, at the awards ceremony of the Prešeren Awards, she performed with the Wind Orchestra of the Academy of Music, under the baton of maestro Jan Cober from the Netherlands. In the Slovene Philharmonic Orchestra, she performed as a soloist at a concert of the Percussion Department of the Academy of Music.

She participated in the world premiere of the opera Tenth Daughter, which was performed in SNG Opera and Ballet Ljubljana.

As a soloist she performed at the 20th anniversary of the New Year’s concert of the Naissus Philharmonic Orchestra in Niš under the maestro prof. Zoran Andric. In this concert, she performed alongside three leading tenors. She also performed with the Naissus Philharmonic Orchestra at a concert at the Bubanj Park in Niš. As the first independent project, she prepared and performed a concert performance of Mass of St. Cecilia, in which she also performed. The concert was exceptionally visited and performed several times.

She has been an active participant of international seminars on several occasions, among others she has been selected as an active participant in the seminar with the renowned composer of the Royal Opera from London, prof. Stephen McNeff. She was also invited to participate in the international opera masterclass of belcanto techniques in Vienna, the renowned soloist of the Vienna State Opera, Bojidar Nikolov, and the pianist and maestro Petar Valentovič, where she received top professional reviews at the concert. She also works with Event Theater Serpentes as a soloist, and performs at many concerts, cultural – artistic, protocol and other events.
Dunya Tinauer received the Prešeren Prize of UL Academy of Music, a prize from the municipality of Šoštanj for exceptional achievements and achievements of students, she received a Wagner Fund scholarship for participation at the Wagner Festival in Bayreuth, Germany, and also a diploma with a special honors – Summa cum Laude.

Dunya Tinauer – operna in koncertna pevka, vokalna pedagoginja
Dunya Tinauer je končala študij petja na Akademiji za glasbo v Ljubljani, kjer je v razredu izr. prof. Alenke Dernač Bunta z odliko opravila diplomski izpit iz petja in nato tudi magisterij iz petja, prav tako z odliko ter hkrati z diplomo s posebno pohvalo Summa cum Laude. Prvič se je predstavila širšemu krogu na Božično novoletnem koncertu Pihalnega orkestra Zarja z muzikalom Fantom iz opere. V Hrvatskem narodnem kazalištu Split je imela svoj prvi solo koncert v tujini. V Slovenskem komornem glasbenem gledališču je v Cankarjevem domu v Ljubljani debitirala z naslovno vlogo v operi La Cecchina ali Nikogaršnja hči N. Piccinnija, ki je navdušila občinstvo in požela zelo dobre strokovne kritike. Kot solistka je skupaj z Zdravniškim orkestrom Camerata medica ter tolkalistko Petro Vidmar premierno v Sloveniji izvajala skladbo Song of Almah v 3 stavkih za sopran in marimbo solo. Na povabilo Rotary kluba Ljubljana – Emona je nastopila na elitnem Aninem plesu v Rogaški Slatini. V Slovenski filharmoniji je na slovesni podelitvi Prešernovih nagrad nastopila s Pihalnim orkestrom Akademije za glasbo pod taktirko maestra Jana Cober iz Nizozemske. V Slovenski filharmoniji je nastopila kot solistka na koncertu tolkalnega oddelka Akademije za glasbo, s katerim je pogosto sodelovala. Kot solistka je sodelovala pri izvedbi svetovne premiere Operatorija Deseta hči, ki je bila uprizorjena v SNG Opera in balet Ljubljana. Kot solistka je nastopila na 20. jubilejnem Novoletnem koncertu filharmoničnega orkestra Naissus v Nišu pod taktirko maestra prof. Zorana Andrić. Na tem koncertu je nastopila skupaj s tremi vodilnimi tenorj. S Filharminičnim orkestrom Naissus je nastopila tudi na koncertu v parku Bubanj v Nišu. Kot prvi samostojni projekt je v lastni organizaciji pripravila in izvedla koncertno izvedbo Maše sv. Cecilije, v katerem je sama tudi nastopila. Koncert je bil izjemno obiskan in večkrat izvajan. Večkrat je bila aktivna udeleženka mednarodnih seminarjev, med drugim je bila izbrana kot aktivna udeleženka seminarja pri priznanem komponistu Kraljeve opere iz Londona, prof. Stephenu McNeffu.
Bila je tudi povabljena udeleženka mednarodnega opernega masterclassa belcanto tehnike na Dunaju, pri priznanem solistu Dunajske državne opere, Bojidarju Nikolovem ter pianistu ter maestru Petru Valentoviču, kjer je na koncertu požela vrhunske strokovne kritike.
Sodeluje tudi z Event theater Serpentes kot solistka, na mnogih koncertih, kulturno – umetniških, protokolarnih in drugih prireditvah.
Dunya Tinauer je v letu 2014 prejela Prešernovo nagrado UL Akademije za glasbo. Leta 2015 je prejela tudi nagrado občine Šoštanj za izjemne dosežke in uspehe študentov. V letu 2016 je prejela štipendijo Wagnerjevega sklada za udeležbo na Wagnerjevem festivalu v Bayreuthu v Nemčiji in leta 2017 diplomo s posebno pohvalo Summa cum Laude.
